First Floor Indoor Facilities

  • Foyer: The guest’s first view of the event happens here.  Place your guest book, photos, card basket, and gift receiving area here.
  • Cypress Room: Full room has a capacity of approximately 50 to 80 people.
    The primary room is 34′ x 23′ with a gas fireplace and infinitely dim able lighting system.  The adjoining area, which is 23′ x 17′ is perfect for a buffet set up, with ample room for a dessert table and music (live, DJ, or iPod).    All or part may be used as a dance floor.
  • Kitchen: Full commercial kitchen with a separate caterer’s entrance.
  • Restrooms: Men’s and Women’s restrooms feature granite counters, Travertine tile floors, wood partitions and are ADA compliant.

 Second Floor Indoor Facilities

  Two guest suites with sitting areas, spacious baths, and large outdoor decks are included in the wedding package for use as dressing rooms during the event.

Outdoor Facilities

  • Large patio terrace: can provide additional seating for up to 90 guests, enabling Cypress Meadows to host events with up to 150 guests. . It features a flowing, two level pond and is accessible through three sets of French doors in the Cypress Room.
  • Hillside garden:  features three natural stone seating areas and a cedar swing located in the midst of flowers planted along  a serpentine path that connect the terrace to the meadow.
  • The Meadow:  approximately six acres of grass, willow trees, and native vegetation.  Perfect for a romantic ceremony.  Later,  let the kids play here while the adults mingle on the terrace and in the garden.
  • Gravel area adjacent to the terrace patio.  Works well for barbecues or as a beverage or appetizer area.

Hours of Operation

Events may be held between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week.  Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Rental Fee Covers:

  • An eight hour time period which includes set up and clean up time.
  • Use of Foyer, Cypress Room, Commercial Kitchen, Restrooms, 2 Guest Suites, Patio Terrace, Hillside Garden, and Meadow
  • A selection of 48″ round tables, 6′ and 8′ banquet tables, and up to 76 chairs.

Services, Materials, and Guidelines

  • Catering: You may use the caterer of your choice. We will be happy to provide you with a list of caterers in our area.
  • Linens, Plates, and Tableware: This will normally be provided by your caterer. We will be happy to assist you if needed.
  • Alcohol: Wine, Champagne, and Beer only. Must be served through the caterer or a bar tending service.
  • Music: Amplified music is permitted inside only and with volume restrictions.
  • Parking: Space is provided for approximately 60 cars.  We encourage car pooling when possible.  Two ADA van accessible parking spaces are provided adjacent to the building.
  • ADA Accessibility: The foyer, main reception area, restrooms and patio terrace are fully ADA compliant.  The meadow may be accessed by car or van.
  • Clean up and Set up: Kitchen and food and beverage clean up will be provided by the caterer.  Remaining spaces will be the responsibility of Cypress Meadows.
  • Additional Amenities: Umbrellas, outdoor propane heaters, tents, arches, etc. may be available for a nominal rental charge. Please check with us for details and prices.
  • Four legged or feathered friends: Animals are not allowed inside or outside at Cypress Meadows and we do not have shaded parking. Please advise your guests to  leave all pets at home or make appropriate arrangements for their care.
