Weddings, Ceremonies, and Receptions
First Floor Indoor Facilities
- Foyer: May be used as additional reception area or as a location for the gift table, guest book, etc.
- Cypress Room: Full room has a capacity of approximately 50 to 80 people.
It may be divided into a primary room (Capacity 54) and a serving area.
All or part may be used as a dance floor. - Kitchen: Full commercial kitchen with a separate caterer’s entrance.
- Restrooms: Men’s and Women’s restrooms feature granite counters, travertine tile floors and are ADA compliant.
Second Floor Indoor Facilities
Two guest suites with sitting areas, spacious baths, and large outdoor decks may be used as dressing areas for the Wedding Parties.
Outdoor Facilities
- Large terrace: provides additional seating or serving space. It features a flowing, two level pond and is accessible through three sets of glass doors in the Cypress Room.
- Meadow: a portion of which may be used for ceremonies.
- Garden: featuring three natural stone seating areas located along a serpentine path that connect the terrace to the meadow.
- Gravel area adjacent to the terrace that may be used for barbecue grills.
Hours of Operation
Events may be held between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Rental Fee Covers:
- An eight hour time period which includes set up and clean up time.
- Use of Foyer, Cypress Room, Commercial Kitchen, Restrooms, 2 Guest Suites, Terrace, Garden, and a portion of the Meadow.
Services, Materials, and Guidelines
- Catering: You may use the caterer of your choice. We will be happy to provide you with a list of caterers in our area.
- Tables and Chairs: We provide 60 white, molded plastic folding chairs and a selection of 48″ round and 6′ and 8′ banquet tables.
- Linens, Plates, and Tableware: This will normally be provided by your caterer. We will be happy to assist you if needed.
- Alcohol: Wine, Champagne, and Beer only. Must be served through the caterer or a bar tending service.
- Music: Amplified music is permitted inside only and with some volume restrictions.
- Parking: Space is provided for approximately 50 cars. We encourage car pooling when possible.
- Clean up and Set up: Provided by caterer or can be arranged for an additional fee
- Additional Amenities: Umbrellas, outdoor propane heaters, tents, arches, etc. may be available. Please check with us for details and prices.
- Four legged or feathered friends: Animals are not allowed inside or outside at Cypress Meadows and we do not have shaded parking. Please leave all pets at home or make appropriate arrangements for their care.
