Whether the occasion is a short off site meeting, retreat, or a multi-day seminar, Cypress Meadows can help make it productive and memorable.
- Cypress Room is app. 1290 sq. feet and can comfortably accommodate 50-60 people.
- Foyer is app. 320 sq. feet and can serve as additional registration, greeting, or serving areas.
- Terrace is app. 780 sq. feet, and is accessed by three sets of French Doors located in the Cypress Room.
The garden path, natural stone seating areas, meadow, and garden swing are accessible from the patio area. All meeting spaces, public restrooms, and the terrace are ADA accessible.
Two guest suites are available for overnight accommodations.
Hours of Operation
Conferences, meetings, and retreats may be held between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Food and Beverages
Our Corporate Food and Beverage Director, Lisa Brady, will work with you to develop the service and menu which best suits your organization’s needs. Your group is sure to enjoy the fresh, delicious meals and snacks prepared on site. The presentation is as impressive as the fabulous cuisine. Lisa and her staff will provide your group with consistent and considerate service. When the weather permits, meals are served on our patio overlooking the garden and meadow, allowing you to relax and recharge. A wide selection of beverages will be available throughout the day.
